Warm Up:

Line Drills: 15 yards apart, everything is down and back

High Knees, butt kickers, toe touches, knee holds, side lunge, inch worms.

Conditioning:

30 Rounds for time.

2 Skater Jumps

2 Pike Push Ups

2 Jumping Lunges

2 Single Leg Push Ups –> scale to regular push ups

Mobility:

2 Rounds: 1 min each side w/ :20 rest in between.
