High Knees, butt kickers, toe touches, knee holds, side lunge, inch worms.
30 Rounds for time.
2 Skater Jumps
2 Pike Push Ups
2 Jumping Lunges
2 Single Leg Push Ups –> scale to regular push ups
2 Rounds: 1 min each side w/ :20 rest in between.
Door Frame Stretch:
