20 Back Slappers
5 Burpees
Conditioning
TABATA (:20 on :10 Rest for 8 rounds)
Plank Holds
Rest 2 Min
Double Unders or Single skips or Lateral Hops
Rest 2 Min
Run
Rest 2 Min
Burpees
Complete all 8 rounds of each movement prior to moving on. Once all 8 rounds are finished you rest 2 min prior to the next movement.
