How to Join

Step 1
Fill out our contact form to schedule a No Sweat Intro. During the No Sweat Intro we will discuss your goals, give you a tour of the gym and answer any questions you have.
Step 2
Attend our Fundamentals Course where you will learn the basics of CrossFit so you can enter group classes with confidence! If you have previous CrossFit experience, the Fundamentals Course is not required.
Step 3
Sign-Up for a Monthly CrossFit Group Class Membership or Personal Training!
