Warm Up: Line Drills 20 Reps Each of:
High Knees, Butt Kickers, Toe Touches, Knee Holds, Side Lunge, Pick the flowers, Samson lunge.
Bodyweight Conditioning:
Every :90 for 24 min
Station 1- Box step ups left leg
Station 2- Box step ups right leg
Station 3- Bent over row or towel row
Station 4- V Ups
Equipment Conditioning:
Every :90 for 24 min
Station 1- Weighted Box step ups left leg
Station 2- Weighted Box step ups right leg
Station 3- Bent over row
Station 4- Ab roll out
