Athletes 3/4/5 are chipping away at the AMRAP. 1 athlete has to hold a static position on the pull up bar while 2 athletes chip away. These 3 athletes can rotate as they see fit.
When athlete 1 returns they will go to the rower.
The athlete that was on the rower replaces 1 of the 3 chipping away.
